Public Class Drop in Kundalini Yoga 

Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and the chanting of mantras. It works quickly to give you grace, balance, and most of all the ability to remain calm, centred and clear through life's challenges. Each week will feature a different kriya that will support the body, mind and soul focusing on self-awareness and delivering an experience of your highest consciousness.
